School Policy
1. Lessons: All lessons are prepaid, payment must be received within 24 hours of booking to confirm the appointment.
2. Absence: notice need to be received via e-mail (bravomusicvancouver@gmail.com, or the teachers' e-mail addresses), text/phone (604-266-7529 or the teacher's phone number) by 6pm the day prior to the cancelled class qualify for make-up lesson (reschedule).
Maximum 4 make-up lessons permitted each school year.
Full-year registered students: make-up lessons are offered in addition to the pre-booked monthly classes, and cannot be used as credit to apply toward next month's fee (lessons cannot be "pushed back").
Make-up lessons expire on the Aug. 31 of each school year, cannot be refunded or applied as credit toward the next school year.
3. Withdrawal: please give advance notice. Unused tuition fee with the exception of classes yet to be rescheduled will be refunded.
4. Safety: please drop-off and pick-up your children on time, Bravo Music and our teachers are not liable for the safety of your children beyond his/her lesson time.
